I am going to apologize in advance for the lack of Christmas pictures we took. Sorry. Santa brought Ramona lots of art supplies this Christmas. She loves to paint and color, so she loved it. She also kept asking to paint. Definitely got tired of opening presents though. She was ready to play with them.
Nick’s parents came over for Christmas breakfast. Nick made huevos rancheros with carne asada. He even did homemade tortillas. (He knows the way to my heart.) Lolli and Pops brought Nona a yellow mini cooper. It was really funny watching her figure it out.
We headed to my parents for lunch. I really didn’t take any pictures over there because that’s my sister’s thing! So here are basically the only ones I have. Ramona and Macie opening up a present. My parents got them matching outfits and a college fund (which is awesome)! It’s been a goal of ours to give Ramona and all subsequent children enough money to not have any student loans, so we are so thankful for that gift. She has a gerber grow up plan from Nick’s parents that was started when she was born too, so she is well on her way. (I don’t even want to know how much college is going to cost in 16 years.)
Ramona hugging her Dora mermaid doll that Uncle Cody got her. Also check out her super cute felt flower clip made by my friend Laurie.
Santa also left us all tickets and flights to Disneyland. Oh Santa you’re so thoughtful.
Cute pictures & blogging. Read the whole thing. Love ya’ll, Mom
Love the blog (Now I can keep up with at least one great-niece.) I am so proud of you both. Nick you are an exceptionally skilled individual don’t ever forget where your smarts and your wonderful personality come from (your parents). Amber we are so glad God put you in Nick’s life at an early age. Last but not least Ramona I am proud of you too!! (this is your Aunt Angel.) Love you guys……
WOW it is just like being there with you all. I love this. You 2 are doing a really great job with the house and your furnishings are really coming togeher. Love everything you have done. But best of all was seeing NYC through Ramona’s eyes. Keep making memories and sharing them with those you love and who love you. God Bless you, love, Aunt Brenda
P.S. Nick you might want to consider where I fit into your living space. I can’t seem to get Mark going on a place for me to live when I get old so I may have to come live with you guys. (Ha Ha look what you married into) love you.
Thanks Aunt Brenda! I’ve already told you that you can move in whenever you want! Nick is totally on board with it don’t worry! Wish we could have seen you over Thanksgiving, but maybe this summer we will meet up at the BBQ. Love you.
