It’s the final day of nursery week. We’ve had a lot of late night conversations around our mood boards and tweaks we would make in real life. It’s been a lot of fun sharing our vision with each other and you guys.

I stuck with a color palette of red, teal, and gold/yellow. I threw in a horse shoe to be oh so Texas. After I finished I was shocked that I had no pink in my girl nursery unless you count the tiny bit that’s in the abstract art. Don’t ask me how that happened, but I still feel like this nursery is very girly.
The No. 2 metal sign is a slight joke since this is baby #2 who is in fact nameless thanks to 1) not knowing the gender thus being a little ADD with narrowing things down and 2) us not allocating time to really think/talk about a boy and a girl name for this kid. Don’t worry baby 2 we designed 4 nurseries for you, so clearly your lack of a name at this point is made up by this outpouring of interior design love.
What do you think? Any favorites? Anyone want to make some bets about gender or delivery days? (My official due date is September 27th just FYI.)
Make sure to check out my boy nursery, Nick’s boy nursery and girl nursery if you haven’t already!
The landscape print and abstract are pefrect and not what you would normally expect in a nursery. Pieces that can stay as baby gets older. The horse shoe is a must, and I love the gold again!
I’m guessing boy, and 2 days early.
They are both great art pieces that can end up in my room eventually! I think both could work with various color palettes too, so we wouldn’t be stuck with those colors forever.
Lani, you are on the board for boy on Sept 25!
I think this one may be my favorite of the week! Love the colors!
Awesome! Nick did you hear that I win!! Just kidding (kinda). Emma have my permission to use it if Wookie is a girl! It would totally work with your wallpaper!
The owl! And… I’ll guess that it will be another girl.
That owl is pretty sick! Ramona has a similar one in her room.
this is awesome! love that rug so much!
it is reeeeeeeeeeeeeally good! Amber killed it!
Ohhhh this is good. It’s going to be a difficult decision what to do in the space. That golden horse shoe is TDF. Love!!!!
Well once we have the baby and narrow the design for either boy or girl, it will be fun to mix what we have already brainstormed here.
When did you deliver Ramona? I’d like that info before putting in my bets! 😉 This nursery design is gorgeous again, of course! You two rock! I especially love that you keep the airplane mobile in each design (since you already have it anyway… unless you’d like to send it to me for my guy’s airplane room or any future littles?! No pressure! K, last part of my long comment. I kind of want that abstract print for my home. Great job!
Thanks Jessica! Ramona’s due date was Oct. 3rd, and they induced Oct. 6th if that helps you place your bet!
That abstract was a great find. I’ve been wanting to get one for Ramona’s big girl room, so it made sense to find one for the girl nursery.
Gorgeous! The gold frame combined with that amazing abstract art totally made my heart skip a beat! Makes me wish I had one more girl nursery to decorate.
Well who says you can’t have one more girl nursery! 😉 I think both pieces would transition well in a big girl’s room too, so you can always just do that instead! (Probably cheaper.)
I think Amber is the clear winner (Sorry Nick). I love the overdyed rug!
your words are hurtful Christine
Did you say that because I thought you worked for Acura?
